The observant one would have noticed that all work on this site is dated at least seven months. This is because from that moment on I’ve been doing fill-time work at the student cultural umbrella organization Apollo. (Cultuurkoepel Apollo.) this includes standing for the rights of the many student cultural associations the university has.
This is very nice for me, but less for the viewers who wants eye-candies.
During the many months I’ve been working on a new Corporate identity for Apollo. Little did I know on what journey that would take me.
The idea phase
During a month I made a few handful idea’s. Most just figures of my imagination.
When the time had come, I presented this to the members of our group. some discussion followed and one of these ideas were taken. This was a huge win, since a lot of people wondered why they needed a new logo anyway?
A new logo
Well, with the idea at hand I started iterating it.
Letter-paper
Another month, another vote. To my surprise the gradient one was chosen. So, since this was going to be our new logo, I had to start with using it, in letter-paper for example.

A months, vacation and more time goes over hits. I’m still perfecting it. But in the mean time I’ve made more usages of the corporate identity. But more of that later on.
